The company covers an area of over 6,000 square meters and has 5 production workshops including cold heading, hot forging, automated CNC machining, rolling, and assembly, equipped with more than 200 CNC machine tools and an additional 20 automatic three-axis rolling machines. Meanwhile, the factory is also equipped with various testing equipment such as projectors, Rockwell hardness testers, Vickers hardness testers, torque wrenches, roughness meters, coating thickness gauges, universal tensile testing machines, salt spray testing machines, and hydraulic burst test benches, providing hardware support for product quality control.
